WildBreeze is run by Jack Napier. One operator, no team underneath, no agency layer on top. Twenty years of shipping software, now wiring small operations to AI without the consulting-firm tax.

The short version

I am a builder. I have been one for twenty years, through Pasadena, Burbank, Tampa, Barcelona, and now Jávea on the Costa Blanca. I run a small portfolio of operating businesses (a pan-European functional-food platform, a yearly engineering retreat called Build & Bike Jávea, and this thing). WildBreeze is the part of that work where I help other small operations stop maintaining the spreadsheet someone secretly updates at 11pm.

Why this exists

I spent two decades inside other people's operations. App development for the largest furniture retailers in the United States, then six years as Director of Technology at a Barcelona e-commerce platform shipping 1.5 million SKUs across European warehouses. The pattern is the same everywhere. There is always a person who arrives early and stays late to keep some critical piece of plumbing alive. A weekly KPI roll-up. A reconciliation between two systems that supposedly talk to each other but do not. A morning report someone wakes up to write before the meeting starts.

Until 2024, automating that work meant a six-month engagement with an integration consultancy. With MCP servers and scheduled AI agents, the same outcome ships in three weeks. The tools got cheap. Most of the people selling AI to small businesses have not adjusted their pricing yet. WildBreeze is what that adjustment looks like.

The trail behind

What WildBreeze is not

It is not a 50-person agency. It is not a SaaS product with a monthly subscription. It is not an AI strategy consultancy that sells you a roadmap deck and disappears. It is not white-glove enterprise software priced for IT departments that have an annual budget for vendor risk reviews.

It is one operator, working in three-week sprints, building specific things for specific operations, charging a fixed price, and leaving the system running on infrastructure the client owns. If that fits your operation, we will get along. If it does not, I will tell you and point you at someone who suits the work better.

What I care about, in case it matters

The first swim of the day, before email. A long run along the coastal path. Surfing, any board, any break. The Montgó wrapped in cloud. The first orange of the year, off the tree. Talking shop until the wine is gone. Friends who actually ship the thing. A McDonald's with two kids on a Saturday afternoon (yes, really).

I am building this season with my brothers' families nearby, in a town with a sea, a mountain, and an orange grove that flowers white in February. I have time to do the work properly. That is the whole pitch.
